We are seeking a bright, friendly new member of our People & culture team who has strong computer and administration skills to be the face of our team. You must be a people person who loves helping people settle into their new employment, lifestyle, and home with us!

Key Duties

Provide administration support (letters, spreadsheets, and reports) the Operational People & culture team.Work with the Talent, Payroll, Learning and Development team to ensure all employees forms and paperwork are shared for their entire life cycle.Welcome and direct all new employees upon arrival to Ayers Rock Resort to housing.Creation of certificates and gift cards for employee’s service achievementsEmail Management
