Are you a passionate Clinical Psychologist looking to make a real difference in your community? Manning Mental Health Service is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team on the Lower Mid North Coast.
Where you'll be working
Manning Mental Health Service delivers high-quality acute outpatient mental health care through our Care Coordination, Intake and Acute Care Teams. We provide consultation, assessment, treatment and follow-up for adults and their families, supporting consumers as they transition from hospital back into the community.
Our work includes medication monitoring, psychoeducation, relapse prevention, coordination of psychiatry reviews and close collaboration with local support services. You will receive a comprehensive orientation to the service and ongoing support through regular in-service opportunities and access to internal and external professional development.

You are an engaged and collaborative clinician who brings both expertise and empathy to your practice. You thrive in a team-based environment and are committed to contemporary, recovery-oriented mental health care. Supported by senior leaders, including the Manning Service Manager, you will play an integral role within a well-established and supportive mental health service.
We Are Seeking Applicants Who Can Demonstrate
Knowledge and experience in mental health practice, with a strong commitment to contemporary service delivery principles, including intake interventions, shared care models and consumer, family and carer-focused approachesA sound understanding of trauma-informed care and its application when working with people experiencing mental health concerns and their families/carersProven ability to build and maintain effective therapeutic and professional relationships with consumers, families, carers and key stakeholdersStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes

Requirements
Current registration as a Psychologist with AHPRACompletion of an APAC-accredited postgraduate Clinical Psychology qualification (minimum two years full-time or recognised equivalent), as approved by the Psychology Board of Australia
