About The Role And Where You Will Be Working
We are seeking Multiskilled Carers to join our residential care team at Juniper Korumup, Albany, WA. We offer a range of flexible working options, including part-time, and full-time opportunities.
Located in a peaceful part of Albany, Juniper Korumup is a well-established aged care home providing culturally respectful and person-centred care for up to 72 residents. We’re deeply rooted in the local community and proud to offer a homely, supportive environment where residents feel safe, valued, and cared for—and where staff are truly appreciated.
As a Multiskilled Carer, you will support residents with their daily living, social, and emotional needs, delivering person-centred care that promotes dignity, respect, and independence. You will play an important role in enhancing residents’ well-being and quality of life, ensuring they feel welcome, valued, and supported.
What We Offer

Your Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care including assistance with hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobilitySupport residents’ independence and participation in meaningful daily activities, promoting dignity and choiceAssist with the safe administration of medication in accordance with Juniper policies and proceduresMaintain accurate, timely documentation and communicate effectively with nursing, allied health, and management personnelContribute to infection prevention and workplace health and safety practicesAssist with mealtime support to ensure nutritional needs are metFoster a kind, respectful, and supportive environment that upholds Juniper’s values and the rights of residentsDemonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work across different sites and shifts, supporting continuity of care
What You Will Need
Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged CareExperience working in an aged care setting as a carerAbility to relate to elderly customers with empathy and collaborate effectively with health professionals, service providers, and case managersAbility to interpret individual care plans and provide tailored care to meet individual goalsExcellent communication, organizational, and time management skillsUnderstanding of cognitive strategies, social interaction, and meeting the mental and emotional health needs of residentsAbility to meet all compliance requirements including a National Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening, and adherence to the Aged Care Code of ConductWe are seeking for candidates with various availability to pick AM, PM and Night shifts.
