We're seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic professional to become a key member of our Building Surveying Team, delivering high-quality certification services that meet both statutory requirements and community expectations.
In this role, you will be responsible for a diverse range of applications, including:
Construction, Occupation, and Complying Development Certificates.Plumbing and drainage approvals under the Local Government Act.Development Applications.
You will also carry out critical stage inspections and plumbing and drainage inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
To be successful, you’ll need to be eligible for registration as a Building Surveyor – Restricted (Class 1 & 10 buildings) and possess a sound working knowledge of NSW planning legislation and the Building Code of Australia.
YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)
