Join our Northern Region Division as a Service Manager

Star Group is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Northern Region service and minor works operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving safe, high‑quality, and successful delivery across reactive and preventative maintenance projects.

You’ll oversee a skilled team, work closely with clients and suppliers, and ensure our service division continues to deliver the reliability and professionalism for which Star Group is known.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and manage service delivery across reactive and preventative maintenance works.Coordinate labour, materials, and resources to ensure efficient service operationsDrive team performance, productivity, and continuous improvementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractorsPrepare accurate costing, quotes, and tender responsesEnsure projects meet compliance, safety, and quality standardsOversee budgets, labour allocation, and service delivery outcomes

What You’ll Bring

Electrical trade qualification (or equivalent)Strong experience in electrical service delivery and minor worksStrong leadership and people management skillsDemonstrated experience managing budgets, schedules, and client relationshipsStrong commercial and technical acumenExperience with simPRO or similar service management systemsFull, unrestricted driver’s licence
