About the Business Wade's Geelong Motorcycles is a brand-new, family-owned dealership opening this March. Our Geelong store will be our second location after Colac Motorcycles which has been in operation since 1979.
We aren't just opening a new store; we're building a hub for the Geelong riding community. With 3 of the biggest brands under one roof, we are committed to top-tier service, technical excellence, and a workplace where people actually enjoy coming to work.
The Role We are looking for a Qualified Technician who takes pride in their craft. Whether you are a seasoned lead tech or a mid-level mechanic ready to step up, this is your chance to be there from Day 1. You won't just be a number in a workshop; you'll be a key part of shaping our workshop culture, driving efficiency, and delivering a level of service that turns first-time customers into lifelong fans.
What You'll Bring:

Qualifications: Cert III in Motorcycle Mechanical Technology or suitable equivalent experience.

The "Rider" Mindset: You don't just fix bikes; you love them. You understand why a perfect service matters for a customer's weekend plans or someone that relies on their motorcycle for work.

Quality Focus: A "no shortcuts" approach to diagnostics, servicing, and repairs.

Independence & Teamwork: We want someone who can self-lead, problem-solve, and keep the workflow moving, while at the same time work closely with the Workshop Manager to ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently.

Versatility: Experience across Road, Off-Road, and Ag bikes is highly regarded.
