Relocation Incentive and Support for Sonographers and Radiographers

Incentives:

Up to $10,000 initial payment paid in the first full pay period. To be repaid if you leave in the first 12 months. Additional payments totaling $40,000 over milestones at 3, 12, 24, and 36 months of service.

Conditions:

Must be a qualified Sonographer with Australian work rights.Payments prorated based on hours worked.Relocation from outside Tasmania required.Available to IDX employees and external candidates.Initial payment repayable if milestone (1 year) isn't met.Performance-based payments subject to annual review.Visa/sponsorship costs handled separately.
