About the role 

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst (Objective) to join our team! In this role, you will use Agile methodologies to perform functional analysis for system enhancements and requests. You will also implement configuration changes, provide support and training to system users, and collaborate with end users and vendors to resolve incidents and problem records. 

We’re looking for people who have: 

  • Highly developed problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 

  • A technical aptitude to learn systems, applications, and processes. 

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. 

  • Ability to multi-task and have good time management skills.  

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships. 

  • Experience with supporting an eDRMS - highly desirable. 

  • Understanding of ITIL.
