We are currently seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred approach to people with disability in their daily activities.

• Assist with personal care, community access, and skill development.

• Support clients in programs such as cooking, swimming, music therapy, and travel training.

• Ensure client safety, dignity, and independence at all times.

• Maintain accurate progress notes and follow care plans.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in disability support or community services (preferred).

• Certificate III/IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent (desirable).

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card.

• Current First Aid & CPR certification.

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a positive difference.
