ANEKAWA in Mudgeeraba is seeking an experienced salaried Commis Chef to work in our great kitchen team.

We are open 4 days a week from Wednesday to Saturday,

We have a busy but fun atmosphere that will suit you if you're a good team worker and happy to work hard, fast, and most importantly, fun.

No previous experience in Japanese cuisine is necessary.

The requirements for this position are as follows:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Commis Chef role

• Able to work under pressure and in a busy environment

• Reliable

• A passion for creating great & quality food

• Eye for detail and presentation

• Maintain strict hygiene and safety procedures

• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
