About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and mature Electrical Site Foreman / Supervisor to lead our site crews and take ownership of day-to-day operations, progress, and site administration.

This role suits someone who has been around the traps — a calm, respected leader who can run the boys, keep teams motivated, and maintain standards, while ensuring works stay on programme and are properly reported.

This is a leadership role first. Tools-on work may be minimal and only as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate electrical crews on site

• Maintain a positive, productive site culture

• Plan and coordinate daily works to meet programme targets

• Track progress, labour, and productivity

• Complete daily reports and site documentation

• Liaise confidently with Project Managers, supervisors, and other trades

• Manage site issues calmly and professionally

• Ensure WHS compliance and site standards are upheld

• Support apprentices and less experienced trades

About You

• Trade-qualified Electrician (essential)

• Significant experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Senior Leading Hand

• A natural leader who earns respect, not demands it

• Strong communication and people-management skills

• Organised, reliable, and level-headed under pressure

• Comfortable handling admin, reporting, and site coordination

• Commercial or industrial site experience essential

• ABN or Casual Role
