The Opportunity 🩺

In this high-impact leadership role, you are the bridge between clinical excellence and compassionate care. You won't just be managing patients; you'll be shaping the future of the service.

• Lead the Way: Drive clinical development and multidisciplinary coordination to ensure care exceeds professional standards.
• Support the Team: Provide expert direction to Clinical Nurses, Health Workers, and Admin staff.
• Solve the Complex: Take the lead on challenging clinical situations with the support of a dedicated Social Work HP5 partner.

• Base salary comprising between $5,233.50 - $5,682.10 per fortnight – you may be eligible for additional benefits – refer to Workplace benefits | Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service
