The Role 

Based in our Cambridge workshop, this role suits a highly skilled, qualified Joiner who takes pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail. You will be involved across the full joinery process, from workshop manufacture to onsite installation, contributing to projects of the highest standard. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manufacture and install high quality bespoke joinery for residential and commercial projects.

• Work accurately from detailed drawings and specifications.  

• Ensure professional and well communicated interactions with clients on job installations and follow-ups. 

• Operate on traditional and modern joinery machinery efficiently and safely. 

• Demonstrate a willingness to embrace and learn new technology as best applied to specific jobs. 

• Collaborate with the team to meet project timelines. 

• Support and mentor the skill development of apprentices.    

Skills & Experience 

• Trade qualified Joiner/Cabinet Maker

• 5+ years of experience producing high end joinery 

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 

• Confident reading drawings and job documentation 

• Willingness to learn new technology and support business growth
