What You'll Be Doing

Processing invoices through the latest ERP platforms
Reconciling accounts and reviewing monthly statements
Following up with suppliers and trades, when required
Assisting with claims and rebates (Accounts Receivable support)
Collaborating with site supervisors and internal teams
Supporting month-end reporting and compliance activities

What You Bring

Experience in high-volume Accounts Payable
Communication skills that make collaboration easy
You're confident navigating spreadsheets - pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, no sweat
Ability to keep pace in a fast-moving, high growth environment
A sharp eye for detail and a love for getting things right
