What You’ll Be Doing

Designing and refining terrace homes, duplexes, townhouses and single dwellings
Reviewing and adapting plans and facades for buildability, compliance and cost-efficiency
Spotting issues fast and improving designs without compromising quality
Optioning plans for investors and home buyers
Collaborating with drafting, estimating and construction teams
Working at pace and cranking out quality designs daily

What You Bring

A sharp design eye and a genuine love for great residential design
5+ years of hands-on experience in project or volume building
A relevant qualification in Building Design or Architectural Drafting
Strong Revit skills with a focus on clean, buildable plans
Strong grasp of building codes, planning rules and compliance standards
Self-driven, adaptable and up for a bit of banter
