Our client is looking for a Civil Designer with strong urban development experience to join our regional projects team. You’ll work on practical, hands-on designs using AutoCAD and 12d model, supporting civil and subdivision works across Townsville and North QLD. Candidates with a local connection to Townsville are strongly encouraged to apply.

What you’ll be doing
Produce civil design drawings and documentation for urban development and subdivision projects. Prepare detailed AutoCAD plans and 12d model surfaces, corridors and pipe networks. Coordinate with surveyors, engineers and local authorities to meet project requirements and approvals. Assist with pavement, drainage and earthworks design calculations and documentation. Support site surveys and construction queries as required. Who we’re looking for
Experience: ~1-5 years desirable, but open to motivated candidates at any level. Must-have skills: AutoCAD and 12d model experience. Relevant background: urban development / subdivision design experience. Local tie: Preference for candidates living in or with established ties to Townsville / North QLD.
