What you will bring to the role
- Bachelor's degree in nursing with 2 years in nursing or equivalent tertiary qualifications in Nursing – Mental Health or Completion of New Graduate Programme, and full registration with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated skills in mental health and mental health nursing assessments and interventions and experience working with people with mental illness.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate meaningfully with consumers and carers with a commitment and understanding of recovery principles in mental health service provision
- Demonstrated working knowledge of NSW Mental Health Act, 2007.
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and good interpersonal skills.
- Computer competence and literacy.
- Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel.
