Join the dedicated care team at Annie’s Court, a beautifully renovated aged care home nestled in the heart of Shoreham on the Mornington Peninsula. As a Personal Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, person-centred care that brings dignity, comfort, and joy to our residents.

What you bring:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care/ Individual Support.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in Aged Care.
  • Availability to work AM, PM and night shifts weekday and weekends.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to older people and their families.
  • Ability to understand and implement resident care plans.
  • Ability to identify problems and a clear understanding of when to alert immediate supervisors.
  • Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Pro-active and dedicated approach to deliver best practice care.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility to workplace demands and a teamwork attitude.
