Dynamic Refrigeration Solutions is a locally owned and operated company based in Darwin Northern Territory, which specialises in the servicing and maintenance of commercial refrigeration & air-conditioning equipment, such as cool rooms, freezers, display cases, ice machines, beer systems, ducted & split ducted air-conditioning systems. Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Mechanic
We are offering an opportunity for a licensed Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic to work closely with another skilled technician on commercial refrigeration & air conditioning equipment.

Rather than working alone, this role focuses on collaboration, shared diagnostics and hands on refrigeration work - providing exposure and experience that most technicians do not get once qualified.

The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a professional team, values knowledge exchange and wants to continue developing their expertise.

Essential Requirements
• Current Refrigeration Handling License or equivalent.
• Current Restricted Electrical License or equivalent.
• Current Drivers License.
• Minimum of 2 years industry experience in a similar role.

Preferred Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who has:
• A good attitude that is happy to work on any equipment
• Commercial service and maintenance experience
• Excellent mechanical diagnostic and fault finding skills.
• Strong electrical background & fault finding experience
• Ability to assess system capabilities to suit operation
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and maintain relationships
• Ability to work efficiently to manage workflow
• Work well in a team and also independently.
