We are a boutique female led real estate business seeking a highly capable Sales Assistant/Sales Administrator to support high-performing sales agents and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience.Â
We are predominantly looking for someone who can organise our day to day running of the office as an admin support, however if you are looking for a career in sales we can adjust this role to suit someone who is looking to slowly build up their career into a sales agent starting with admin support and office management.Â
This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn from a successful female real estate agent and deep dive into a career that has unlimited earning potential. This is perfect for someone who is proactive, tech-savvy, highly organised, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.Â

About the Role
You will provide end-to-end support to agents, ensuring seamless sales administration, strong client communication, and efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities

Sales administration support for agents ( reports/contracts and emails)

Managing and using technology systems (CRM, databases, digital tools)

Social media assistance and content support (canva/you tube/instagram and facebook)

Customer service and client liaison

Outbound and inbound phone calls
-
Contacting clients and managing follow-ups
-
Key collection, errands, and property-related tasks

Attending occasional appointments, inspections and open houses
-
Problem-solving and assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required
Hours & Flexibility

Monday to Thursday:
-
9:00am – 5:30pm or
-
9:00am – 3:00pm (flexible option – ideal for school hours)

Friday: 9:00am – 12:00pm

Saturdays: Open homes 9:00-3:00pmÂ

Sundays: Off
Saturdays: You will not be required to work every Saturday, there will be occasional Saturdays where you are not required to work. This will be discussed in more detail at the interview.
