About the Role
We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Junior Retail Sales Assistant to join our Coomera Westfield pop-up store. This role is perfect for someone who is naturally social, loves talking to customers, and is excited to learn about fragrance and body care products.

You will be the friendly face of Dupes & Co — helping customers discover scents they love and guiding them to the perfect product based on their style, preferences and needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting and assisting customers with a warm, confident approach

• Talking to customers to understand what scents and products they are looking for

• Recommending perfumes and body care items based on their preferences

• Keeping the store clean, organised and welcoming for customers

• Supporting the team with stock handling and daily pop-up operations

What We’re Looking For

• Bright, friendly and confident personality

• Natural communication and customer service skills

• Interest in perfumes, fragrances and body care

• Willingness to learn about our brand and products (and do a little research)

• Reliable, positive and ready to be part of a close-knit team

Availability Required

• Thursday late-night trade

• Weekend availability is essential
