You’ll support a diverse client base across industries including hospitality, not-for-profits, and financial services, delivering both remote and onsite IT support.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide remote and onsite support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and business applicationsEscalate complex issues to Level 2 engineers with clear documentationMaintain accurate ticket notes and contribute to internal documentationCommunicate effectively with clients throughout the support process
About YouYou bring 1–2 years of IT support or service desk experience, with:Solid understanding of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and Active DirectoryStrong customer service and communication skillsSystematic troubleshooting and adherence to documented processesExcellent time management and organizational skillsFull working rights in Australia and a valid driver’s licenseDesirable:Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Halo, Autotask, ConnectWise)Familiarity with remote support toolsExposure to networking and cloud technologiesRelevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365, ITIL Foundation) or willingness to obtain them
