As a Therapeutic Youth Worker with Lifestyle Solutions, you’ll support young people in care to feel safe, build trust, and believe in their futures.  What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting young people with daily routines, care, and activities
  • Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
  • Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments
  • Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
  • Working collaboratively on individualised care plans

What You’ll Bring

  • Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services or relevant qualification
  • Full Australian Driver’s License, First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
  • Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights

Your First Week
