About this role

Lead high‑voltage infrastructure projects from the ground up. You’ll work with a skilled project team, oversee contractors and resources, and deliver turnkey jobs safely, on time and to spec.

Immediate Start — Step Up & Lead on Site

As our Leading Hand Electrician, you'll take charge of day‑to‑day site coordination, supporting the Site Supervisor and leading electricians, apprentices and other trades. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives under pressure and cares about doing the job right.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating labour, materials, tools and plant

• Running work schedules and keeping projects on track

• Managing subcontractors for HV terminations

• Driving WHS compliance and quality standards

• Communicating clearly with Supervisors, PMs and clients

What you’ll bring:

• Electrical trade qualification + Qualified Supervisor Certificate

• Experience in mining or heavy industrial project work

• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills

• Self‑motivation with a safety‑first mindset

• Ability to pass medical + D&A testing

• Must be able to work away from home
