With continued growth and an exciting pipeline of projects, we’re expanding our team and looking for skilled technicians who want to grow with us.

The Opportunity

We are seeking two experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technicians to join our team:

A-Grade Installer

(Fourth-year apprentices are encouraged to apply)

• Experienced in residential and commercial installations

• Exposure to commercial systems and cold rooms highly regarded

Service Technician (Diagnostic Specialist)

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capabilities

• Ability to provide clear job notes, reports, and technical recommendations

These full-time roles offer variety, stability, and the chance to work on diverse and challenging projects within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC/R systems

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults

• Deliver outstanding customer service and communicate clearly with clients

• Maintain accurate job records and documentation using Servicem8

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient project delivery

• Follow safety standards and best-practice procedures

• Stay current with industry developments and technologies

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in air conditioning and refrigeration (5+ years preferred for service role)

• Trade qualification (Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent)

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC/R systems

• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills

• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Current driver’s licence (company vehicle provided after onboarding)
