The Role:

ASSEMBLE has been engaged exclusively to recruit a Construction Administrator for a renowned custom home developer and builder based in Varsity Lakes. This business has been operating for over 15 years on the Gold Coast and has delivered a number of the region’s most iconic waterfront homes.

Our client undertakes both their own developments and bespoke client builds, typically in the $1.8m–$4m contract range, completing approximately 10–13 builds per year. They are known for delivering high-end, unique homes, supported by their own in-house architectural design team and construction crews.

This role is based in the Varsity Lakes head office and will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the following areas:
• Pre-construction and approvals
• Variations and interior design
• Documentation and compliance
• Communication and client care
• Reporting and continuous improvement

You will be supported by the current Construction Operations Manager and Directors as the business continues to grow. With a strong focus on in-house developments and design, this role offers significant exposure to pre-development phases and close collaboration with a highly regarded design team.

We are looking for someone with an upbeat personality who thrives in a high-energy, collaborative office environment and enjoys contributing as part of a close-knit team. The company has a brand-new office, values workplace culture, and regularly takes the team out for lunch while maintaining a fun, positive atmosphere.

Remuneration for this position is $90,000–$110,000 + superannuation, dependent on experience.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.
Training will be provided on internal systems and processes.

To Be Successful:

Current experience as a Construction or Contracts Administrator with a bespoke residential home builder. Strong pre-construction and approvals experience will be highly regarded.

You will be well organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
