About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and the organisational backbone of our operations. Your day will include:

• Answering incoming calls and providing professional customer assistance

• Coordinating technician attendance and scheduling work efficiently

• Preparing quotes and responding to customer enquiries via email

• Entering supplier bills into Xero and preparing draft invoices

• Managing job portals and updating job information accurately

• Supporting general administrative functions as required
