We are a well-established hospitality group operating four premium venues across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, seeking an experienced Function & Events Sales Manager to lead event sales and delivery across multiple venues.
This hands-on role suits a highly organised, sales-driven hospitality professional who thrives on client relationships and delivering exceptional events.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all function and event enquiries from lead to post-event follow-up

Prepare tailored proposals, contracts, and event packages to maximise revenue

Drive new business, repeat clients, and upselling opportunities

Oversee end-to-end event coordination including menus, run sheets & floorplans

Act as the main point of contact for clients, & venue teams, working closely with the Executive Chef

Actively seek business via phone, cold calling, emails, and 'hitting the pavement.'

Manage group bookings, reservations, and guest experience

Oversee & assist with office administration, CRM records, invoicing, and reporting
About You
-
Proven experience in hospitality events, function sales, or venue management

Strong sales, organisation, and communication skills. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales person who will drive & create business

Able to work across multiple venues

Willing to work, meet clients after hours as & when required.

Valid driver’s licence, own vehicle, and willingness to travel
