We are currently seeking an organised & proactive Tyre Repair Supervisor to join our team in our HMSC branch.

The Role

• Reporting to the Workshop Manager

• Supervising a team

• Ensure proactive and prompt response to rectifying damage or ‘wear and tear’ to the Tyres of our customers

• Implement procedures to create outstanding customer value

• Monitor HSEQ accountabilities

• Facilitate work-flow

• Comply with BMSA policies

About You - Essential

• Strong commitment to safety of yourself and others

• Team leader, supervisor experience or potential

• Excellent communication skills both internal and external

• Reliable team player

• Must have current work rights in Australia

About You - Preferred

• Exposure to mining, agriculture or heavy manufacturing (experience in OTR Tyre Repair)

• Experience or exposure to Tyre Repair
