Future Sport is an Importer and Wholesaler in the snow & surf industry, as well as having our own retail store.

We are looking for someone to do all the day to day tasks in MYOB including month end procedures. Included in the role is Payroll, managing payments to our suppliers with the Financial Manager, and all necessary account and GST balancing, reporting for EOM and preparing the BAS. At different times there will be communication with our external accountants.

In the Operations area you will work with our overseas and local suppliers, from the start with preparing costings, sample orders, working with the sales team on orders to suppliers, and then arranging shipping with Freight Forwarders once the goods are available. Our on site the warehouse will require supervision with stock arrivals, stock takes, etc.

The successful applicant will need to have great MYOB skills and knowledge, good problem-solving skills and be able to think on their feet, able to multi-task, and be an excellent communicator. Attention to detail is paramount.

Being a small company there are often overlaps where you will find yourself doing different roles as needed. Our office is in Erina on the Central Coast with easy parking on site, and public transport close by.

This is a maternity leave position commencing at the end of March for approximately 9-12 months. We will be interviewing in mid-February. Full training will be provided. If successful in this role it has the potential to lead to other opportunities within the company.
