We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Rostering and Admin Officer to join our team at Le Bon Care in Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities

Rostering

  • Schedule Management: Maintain rolling 2-week rosters, matching staff to clients based on skills and compatibility.

  • Compliance & Efficiency: Optimize rosters for SCHADS Award compliance, minimizing broken shifts and penalty rates.

  • Workforce Planning: Identify staffing gaps and collaborate with the Care Team on recruitment and onboarding needs.

  • Payroll Support: Validate shift notes and approve timesheets to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

  • Communication: Promptly notify staff and clients of any schedule changes.

  • Reporting: Generate and analyze workforce utilization and performance reports.

Administration

  • Onboarding: Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for staff and clients.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital documentation using Microsoft Teams and OneDrive.

  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify and implement improvements to administrative and operational procedures.

Key Selection Criteria

Essential

  • Experienced in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination within the health, disability, aged care, or community services sectors.

  • Strong understanding SCHADS.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Proficient in using rostering platforms (preferably Flowlogic), Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and MS Office Suite.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise task.

  • Proactive problem-solver and implement practical solutions.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with the NDIS, person-centred support approaches

  • Qualifications in business administration, human resources, community services, or a related field.
