About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a nurturing and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team at Mounties Care to provide support for our wonderful clients across Coomera, QLD, on a Casual or Part-time basis.

More Specifically, Some Of Your Duties May Include

Accompanying clients during daily activities running errands and going on outingsFood preparation and shoppingAssisting in personal care and hygiene such as showering and dressingPerforming household tasks such as cleaning, washing and folding clothesProviding social interaction and companionshipTransport to appointments

About You

The ideal candidate will ideally have:

Hold a Certificate 3 in Individual Support or similar qualification - essentialPrevious experience in aged care or disability – at least one yearHold a NDIS clearance - or willing to obtainHold a COVID-19 VaccinationCurrent Police Check – or willing to obtainCurrent First Aid Cert including CPR – or willing to obtainMust have own car & relevant insurances Dementia care qualification – desirableProficient verbal and written communication skills
