About You

Desired Skills and Experience

Proven leadership track record within the hospitality or food sector.Specialized sushi experience is considered a distinct and highly valued advantage.Uncompromising dedication to quality, ingredient freshness, and an elevated guest experience.Mandatory compliance qualifications holding a current Food Safety Supervisor ticket and NSW RSA.Valid Driver’s Licence is strictly required for this role.Confident, hands-on operator ready to establish, launch, and lead operations from day one.
