SilaCa is seeking a male Disability Support Worker to join our growing team and provide high-quality, person-centered supports to participants in the community.

This role is casual, offering 12 hours per week.

About the Role
You will be supporting participants with their day-to-day activities in line with their individual support plans, promoting independence, choice, and safety. Supports may include personal care, daily living tasks, social inclusion, and community access.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card (NIS endorsed)
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Tasmanian Driver’s License
- Reliable motor vehicle to transport
