About the role:

We are seeking an experienced HR (Heavy Rigid) Driver to join our team at Cartright Stone Deliveries. This is a Full Time Position.

What you'll be doing:

• Safely operating a tray truck to transport Stone Slabs around the Gold Coast and Brisbane from Supplier to Stonemason

• Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety

• Adhering to all road rules, traffic regulations and company policies to ensure safe driving practices

• Providing exceptional customer service and timely delivery of goods

• Maintaining accurate records of jobs, deliveries and vehicle usage using an online app 'Servicem8'

• Assisting with the loading and unloading of the vehicle as required

What we're looking for:

• Current HR (Heavy Rigid) driver's licence

• Minimum 2 years' experience operating tray trucks or similar commercial vehicles

• Strong knowledge of road rules and safe driving practices

• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to on-time delivery

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Flexible approach to working hours and shift patterns

• Experience in loading and unloading stone slabs would be beneficial
