We are now seeking an experienced Hotel Service Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a salary of $73,000 to $78,000 (per year), based on your level of experience.

Your duties will include:
Â
· Oversee daily rooms operations including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
Â
· Build and maintain strong relationships with Unit owners, travel partners, and outside contractors.
Â
· Implementing service strategy to enhance safety, performance, communication, and engagement for both holiday letting pool and owner occupied residents.
Â
· Handle guest feedback and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Â
· Monitor occupancy rates and assist with reservations being inputted and welcome letters being sent.
Â
· Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and management to ensure smooth operations
Â
· Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards

Â
The successful applicant must have:
Â
· At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within branded hotels, managing front office teams and handling housekeeping departments
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Excellent organisational and customer service abilities
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as required
· Ability to live on property as a nominee while the owners are not on property
· Proven ability to drive and improve guest satisfaction
