Dispensary Technician – Erina Pharmacy

Erina Pharmacy is seeking an experienced and reliable Dispensary Technician to join our friendly team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on position focused on dispensing and customer care within a busy community pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions.

• Maintain accurate records of dispensed medications and inventory.

• Manage stock control duties — including ordering, unpacking deliveries, and checking for expiries.

• Package and label medications in accordance with pharmacy and regulatory standards.

• Provide excellent service and product knowledge when assisting patients with queries.

• Support pharmacists and co-workers to ensure an efficient, organised, and compliant dispensary.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workspace.

About You

• Certificate III or IV in Community Pharmacy (or equivalent experience as a Dispensary Technician in Australia).

• Competence using pharmacy dispensing software (such as Fred).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Reliable, efficient, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• A friendly and professional approach with a focus on high-quality patient care.
