The Role: Elevate the Experience

We are seeking an exceptional and energetic Venue Manager with a wealth of experience to lead our front-of-house team. This role is perfect for anyone who lives and breathes hospitality and has a genuine passion for curating unforgettable dining experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Lead by example in a fast-paced environment. Be a point of contact for all things service, compliance and hospitality.

• Operational Excellence: Take ownership of front-of-house duties, including accurate stocktaking, inventory control, and mastering the POS system for seamless reporting.

• Team Development: Champion a culture of learning by upskilling staff on product knowledge, service techniques, and beverage preparation.

• Customer Experience: Lead the floor during service, setting the standard for a warm welcome and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the TMG quality.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• Industry Experience: A solid background managing high-volume hospitality environments (bars, bistros, or restaurants). You are comfortable working and leading at a solid pace.

• A Passion for Product: A genuine interest in food/ beverage trends and local produce, with the creative flair to help shape our beverage program.

• Operational Mindset: You have a head for numbers and organisation, ready to tackle stock control and operational efficiency with accuracy.

• Leadership Potential: You are a natural coach who enjoys upskilling others, fostering a collaborative culture and leading by example on the floor.

Mandatory Requirements

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.

• Current Food Handlers Certificate.

• Valid Unrestricted Approved Manager Card (or willingness to complete it)

• Chemform Training Certificate.
