We are currently seeking enthusiastic and hard-working Bakers (with qualifications or previous baking experience) for the Bakers Delight in Hastings.

At Bakers Delight our Bakers are responsible for:

• Assisting in product preparation and baking

• Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs

• Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery

• Assisting the Bakery Manager with stock control and production expenses

• Dough making

• Oven work

• Maintaining bakery cleanliness to WHS Standards

• Ordering stock and stock take

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Proven baking experience

• Reliable transportation

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Ability to work in a fast paced/flexible environment

• Passion for baking

To be successful in this position, formal baking qualifications are highly regarded and baking experience with Bakers Delight is an advantage.

You will be a reliable and self-motivated team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and excellent time management and organisational skills.
