Crossmuller is seeking a reliable and motivated Groundsman / Labourer to join our team on the Central Coast. This is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week, a Rostered Day Off (RDO), with overtime available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grounds maintenance including mowing, whipper snipping, edging, and general landscaping

• General labouring duties as required

• Operation of basic tools and equipment

• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment

• Following workplace health and safety procedures

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or labouring (preferred but not essential)

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying conditions

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Current driver’s licence (preferred)

• Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain)
