The Role
We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and highly organized Receptionist & Administration Assistant to join our Cairns team, full-time. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for clients.
What You’ll Bring:

· Ability to work well within a close-knit team
Previous experience in a front-of-house role is highly regarded.
Your Responsibilities
· Managing reception duties and coordinating diaries
· Answering and directing phone calls professionally
· Handling postal and courier services, attending to court filing, and running office errands
· Assisting with office and facilities management
· Supporting the legal team with administrative tasks (scanning, photocopying, filing), downloading WorkCover files, opening/closing client files, general typing, and other legal support duties
This role is based in-office, five days per week during standard business hours.
