They have built a reputation as one of the major players in complex civil works with a specialisation in rail, roads, subdivisions, and bridges.

The Roles

With an increase in workload, they have identified the need for a Project Engineer and a Project Manager to supplement their engineering team.

You will work closely with the General Manager and Operation Manager as you grow in the role with the company and you will be mentored accordingly.

You should have worked on civil construction, road construction, bridge construction, or general infrastructure works and want to work in the Central Coast / Newcastle region. The company offers long-term and not just project opportunities.

To be successful in this role you should have;
experience in civil constructionBachelor of Civil Engineeringworked on road, water, or civil infrastructure projectsenjoy complex civil projects

Remuneration

This role is paying a market-high base salary with a top-of-the-range company car coupled with an excellent bonus scheme and a great work-life balance.

You will be supported by some of the best engineers in the market as well as working with seasoned Supervisors. The company prides itself on competitive bidding and all its jobs make a profit.
