What Are We Looking For?

We’re searching for a driven, knowledgeable sales professional who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. You’ll be a strong fit if you have:

  • Proven experience in commercial Truck sales

  • A track record of B2B prospecting and lead generation — this is absolutely critical to your success

  • Solid knowledge of the local transport industry, truck configurations, and customer applications

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to contribute positively to our team culture

  • A genuine commitment to continuous learning and professional growth

  • A strong alignment with our quality standards and service expectations

  • Demonstrated sales success, including meeting and exceeding targets

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a team environment

  • A current QLD Motor Salesperson Licence and minimum MR Truck Licence, or the willingness to obtain them

  • The ability to work autonomously, stay self-motivated, and deliver results

  • Experience with Truck Science or Trailer Win (highly regarded)

What will your typical day look like?

No two days will be the same — but here’s what you can expect to dive into regularly:

  • Proactively identifying new prospects and following up on all inbound enquiries

  • Driving regular outbound prospecting across our PMA to uncover fresh opportunities

  • Presenting tailored solutions that meet each customer’s unique needs and buying criteria

  • Coordinating the full truck build process to ensure every delivery meets the customers expectations

  • Demonstrating a genuine understanding of customer goals to build trust and long-term relationships

  • Continuously learning and staying up to date with our full product range

  • Providing confident, prompt, and professional service to a broad mix of clients

  • Offering strong post-delivery support to ensure customer satisfaction long after handover

  • Completing polished, professional handovers for every new truck sold

  • Upholding and demonstrating Sci-Fleet’s values and supporting behaviours in everything you do
