We are seeking a proactive Health, Safety and Environment Administrator, new to the WHS industry to support our HSE team and operational crews in our Head Office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on structure and wants to build a long term career in workplace health and safety.
About the Role
As our HSE Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of strong safety outcomes across the business. You will be the backbone of our safety systems, helping ensure documentation, compliance and reporting are completed accurately and on time.
Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining HSE systems, registers and records

Assisting with inductions, training records and competency tracking

Liaising with project teams, subcontractors and management

General administration support to the HSE team

Assist the office with Administration duties, which include andering phones, collecting mail and booking accomodation.
About You
You are organised, reliable and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. You take pride in your work and understand the importance of accuracy when it comes to safety.
You will ideally have:

Previous experience in an administration role

Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills

Confidence using systems and Microsoft Office

Clear communication skills, both written and verbal

Construction or civil industry experience is highly regarded but not essential

A positive attitude and willingness to learn
