We're a well-established Australian business delivering custom-designed outdoor solutions — sheds, garages, barns, and carports — to homeowners and commercial clients for over 40 years.
We're now looking for a sales consultant who thrives in a structured, system-driven environment and is hungry to learn, earn, and grow long-term.
About the Role
This is a consultative, technical sales role. You'll be guiding clients through a high-trust process — from the initial brief, through quoting, regulations, design options, and handover.
You'll be trained in everything: quoting systems, council requirements, product specs, and CRM tools.

All leads are inbound and warm. No cold calling.
What You'll Do:

  • Speak with inbound customer enquiries (online, phone, or in-person)

  • Translate needs into tailored designs with pricing and specs

  • Navigate quoting software and CRM tools (Salesforce-based)

  • Learn key regulations, materials, and layout principles

  • Follow up professionally and manage your sales pipeline

You'll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Enjoy working with clear steps, systems, and tools

  • Are curious and committed to mastering technical knowledge

  • Communicate clearly, ask smart questions, and follow through

  • Can stay calm under pressure and manage multiple projects

  • Are looking for a career, not just a job

Sales, construction, or real estate experience helps — but attitude, coachability, and follow-through matter most.

A minimum of 3+ years of sales experience is required for this position.

What You'll Get:

  • $65K–$120K+ OTE (base + uncapped commission)

  • All warm leads — zero cold calling

  • Full training program and mentoring from top performers

  • A team environment where KPIs, learning, and fun go hand in hand

  • Long-term growth pathway in a stable, family-owned business

This Role Isn't for You If:

  • You avoid systems or dislike learning new tools

  • You prefer to "wing it" instead of following a process

  • You're chasing short-term cash, not a long-term role

Cover Letter Instructions – Please Read Carefully
To be considered for this role, your cover letter must include:

  1. A short paragraph explaining why you believe structure, systems, and learning technical detail suit your strengths

  2. A brief description of the most complex product, service, or process you've had to sell, explain, or learn — and how you approached it

Applications without this will not be considered.
