Crown Property Services is seeking confident and reliable Night Shift Cleaners to support our current team. This role is ideal for someone living in the local community, enjoys working nights and is a team player.

Our focus is on delivering great service quality results for our client, whilst maintaining safe work practices. You will be working at our partner's reputable health and wellbeing spa facility located in the Mornington Peninsula area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.

• Ensuring high standards are consistently met.

• Support the team in achieving daily deadlines as they arise, beyond the regular cleaning schedule.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a clean and safe environment.

• Flexible to accept additional shifts, as and when required.

About You:

• Proven experience in a cleaning role is essential.

• Ability to work nights.

• Good working knowledge of cleaning protocols and chemical safety. (chlorine used on site)

• Strong attention to detail & ability to work autonomously in a structured environment.

• Physically fit with the ability to carry out manual tasks.

• Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.

• Good attitude, respectful and professional in the workplace.

• Minimum 6-12 months of cleaning experience required.

• Candidates must have valid Australian work rights or appropriate work visa.

Available Shift Hours: 10:00pm – 6:00am OR 11:00pm – 3:00am

(Night Shift Allowance - as per Cleaning Services Award).
