Assistant Service & Dispatch Coordinator – Kitchen Joinery

Shoalhaven New Image Kitchens is a well-established kitchen manufacturing and installation business serving the South Coast. We are currently seeking an Assistant Service & Dispatch Officer to support our Service & Dispatch Manager and help ensure the smooth coordination of deliveries, installations, and service works.

About the Role

This is a hands-on coordination and administration role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. You will assist with scheduling, service administration, and communication between installers, service technicians, factory staff, and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily scheduling of kitchen deliveries, installations, and service jobs
  • Coordinate installer and service technician availability
  • Maintain job trackers, schedules, and service documentation
  • Log and follow up service requests to ensure timely completion
  • Liaise with factory, dispatch, and quality control teams
  • Act as a key point of contact for installers regarding job schedules
  • Support reporting, record-keeping, and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Able to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
  • Comfortable using computer systems, email, and scheduling tools
  • Proactive, reliable, and team-focused

Experience & Skills

Essential:

  • Experience in administrative, scheduling, dispatch, or coordination role
  • Strong computer literacy and documentation skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in construction, cabinetry, joinery, manufacturing, or trade-based environments
  • Exposure to service coordination or logistics processes
