Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast paced environment? Hunter Mechanical is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated Front of House Customer Service Advisor to join our Rockingham team.

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll be the face of our busy mechanical workshop. This role is ideal for someone who loves automotive, is highly organised, and can provide a premium customer experience from check in to handover.

Your Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and managing front-of-house operations

• Answering phone calls, emails, and booking in vehicles

• Preparing job cards, quoting work, and liaising with our technicians

• Providing updates to customers throughout their service

• Entering invoices and processing payments

• Maintaining a tidy, professional reception area

• Supporting the workshop with general administration as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service, automotive service advising, or a similar front-of-house role

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner

• Ability to multitask and stay organised during busy periods

• Basic mechanical understanding (advantage but not essential)

• Confidence using booking systems, emails, and invoicing software

• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
