Role Overview

We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to help grow our client base by building relationships with local businesses and identifying new commercial cleaning opportunities.

This role suits someone confident in speaking with business owners, proactive in the field, and motivated by results.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential commercial clients
• Generate and qualify new business leads
• Book meetings with decision-makers
• Present company services professionally
• Maintain basic records of leads and follow-ups
• Represent the brand positively in the local market

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence approaching businesses face-to-face or by phone
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Reliable, professional, and well-presented
• Previous sales or business development experience preferred (not essential)
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport
