Right at Home Bundall is inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses who are passionate about supporting older Australians to live independently and safely in their own homes.

In this community-based role, you will travel across the Gold Coast region, conducting in-home visits and working closely with clients, families, and care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

About the Role

This is a full-time, weekday role offering work-life balance with no shift work or weekends. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our aged care clients through clinical oversight, assessments, care planning, and ongoing monitoring in the home environment.

• Conducting in-home clinical assessments and reviews

• Supporting older Australians to maintain independence and wellbeing

• Collaborating with care partners and families

• Ensuring care aligns with best practice, compliance, and client goals

• Building strong, trusted relationships within the community
